By using Everloop's Services, the user confirms the acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and utilizing Everloop's AI Automation services ("The Service"), users agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Terms and Conditions"). Everloop retains the right to modify this agreement at any time, with modifications taking effect immediately upon their posting to the website.
- Description of Service: Everloop provides an array of AI-related tasks which include advanced language modeling, AI consulting, natural language processing, and predictive analytics through a subscription-based platform. Services are determined by the Subscription Plan chosen by the user and can be paused or cancelled following the company's policy.
- User Registration and Confidentiality: Users are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. All user information is treated with high-level confidentiality, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Termination of Service: Everloop reserves the right to suspend or terminate provision of services to any user in violation of these Terms & Conditions or those that infringe on the rights and safety of others. Termination of service may take place without prior notice or consent.
- Data Privacy: Everloop is committed to protecting user data. Any data shared by users for the implementation of the Service will be treated with utmost respect, confidentiality, and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- No Refunds: Due to the high value added by our service, all fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
- Limitations of Liability: Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Everloop, its officers, agents or anyone else involved in creating or maintaining this Service be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the Service.
- System Integration: Everloop services are designed to supplement and integrate with existing business systems. However, Everloop shall not be held responsible for any related issues that originate from these systems or the process of integration.
- Intellectual Property: All intellectual properties related to Everloop services, including but not limited to, any proprietary software, technology, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, AI models, and processes, are the exclusive property of Everloop.
